Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

ANNI Hair Wax products are cosmetic hair styling products intended for external use only. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing ingredient disclosures prior to use and for discontinuing use if irritation, sensitivity, or adverse reaction occurs.

You agree that you use the products at your own risk. Individual results may vary. Except as required by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties regarding specific results or outcomes.

All content on the Site, including without limitation trademarks, logos, product names, branding, text, graphics, images, designs, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
