For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or the packaging is defective in a way that prevents proper use, please contact us at customerservice@annihairwax.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll make sure a replacement is sent your way as quickly as possible.
